I obtained my Master’s degree in Neurobiology at the University of Pavia, Italy. During my studies, I have worked as an intern in Sabatini group at HMS, USA, and in Cossart group at INMED, France, where I consolidated my passion for neuroscientific research. For my Ph.D. studies I moved to IST Austria, where I joined the Jösch group in May 2021. My Ph.D. project investigates the developmental wiring of the direction-selective circuit in the retina, in order to abstract a general principle of circuit assembly processes.
