I am a computer scientist working in interdisciplinary projects. My interests are in data analysis, particularly in the computation of the geometric and dynamic structure of data. Together with my colleagues, I am interested in studying behavioral and neuronal space in animals.
Before joining Max’s group, I worked with Herbert Edelsbrunner, Joshua Weitz, and Greg Turk on the analysis of shape and development of roots of plants from 3D images. I received my PhD in Computer Graphics from the University of Trento in Italy.
